About Our Location
Our studio sits in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, which gives us a pretty unique perspective on game development education. Being on an island means our students often come from diverse backgrounds and bring different experiences to the table.
We're not your typical mainland tech hub. But that's kind of the point. Game development can happen anywhere, and we've built our programs around that idea.
The Spanish gaming scene has grown a lot in recent years. And while most attention goes to Barcelona or Madrid, we're showing that quality education and real industry connections can exist outside the usual spots.

How quickly do you usually respond?
We check messages every weekday and aim to respond within 24 hours. Sometimes faster if we're already at our desks. Weekends might take a bit longer, but we'll get back to you by Monday.
Can I schedule a call to discuss programs?
Absolutely. Just mention in your message that you'd like to chat on the phone, and we'll send you some time slots that work. Most calls run about 20-30 minutes and cover whatever questions you have about our courses.
Do you offer campus tours?
Yes, though our "campus" is really just our studio space. If you're in Tenerife or planning to visit, we're happy to show you around. You'll see where classes happen and meet some of our instructors if they're available.
What if I have technical issues with the website?
Email us at support@oymnex.com with details about what's not working. Screenshots help a lot. We'll either fix it on our end or walk you through what might be going on with your browser or device.
Can current students use this form?
Sure, but you'll probably get faster help through your student portal or by emailing your instructor directly. This form works fine for general questions, but course-specific stuff goes through other channels.
